XJT contract prior to current

I was wondering if anyone had XJT's contract prior to the current negotiated one. Wondering what the payrates etc. were like. also what changed between that one and the current one.

I remember it was contract 97.

newhire pay was 18.99 hr when I was hired in 2000.
2nd year Jet FO 27.74.

I do remember 2nd year ATR captain was 46.00.

As for the BE1, and E120 ????

5th year jet captain I think was 58.08 I think...

All from memory so thats all I got brain power for...

Yes, 58.08 was correct. Wasn't per diem topping out at $1.40/hr? I know C04 was a raise there, maybe 20 cents?

Deleted moving benefits for voluntary move, made improvements in scope, filling of vacancies....the way you can bid for a training date in seniority order once awarded.

Also got a lot of scheduling section improvements. The rules are (more)clearly spelled out with examples now- it was a nightmare before.
