Chances Good!
I had an interview w/XJET on October 15th. I would say if you have an interview and you haven't already done so, YOU NEED TO START READING GOUGES OFF OF AVIATIONINTERVIEWS.COM. I checked the gouges everyday from the day I applied online until I left for the airport at 3am to go to the interview. I studied the gouges and everything they said to study and I got hired. I am a CFII/MEI w/ a full time job with a university and I have 1040tt with 140 multi(120pic). There were 13 applicants in my group and 11 of us got hired. I think the two who didn't messed up in the HR room. XJET wants friendly, motivated people who can be taught new things and are ready to learn. It is important that you come off as team oriented, friendly, and ready to be w/XJET for the long haul. Be confident, but not cocky, and make eye contact, shake hands, smile, and give them a sincere thanks for their time. The line captains doing the interviews are volunteers. Go to aviationinterviews.com, donate $5 to help maintain it, read the gouges, do what they say and you will be fine. Don't read negative gouges, only positive ones.(there are more positive than neg) Good Luck!!
