XJT Callback

Has anyone applied to XJET and received a call longer than 3 weeks after? I applied online 3 weeks ago and the website said 60-90 days before callback, but many gouges that I read have people being called back in one week. Has anyone else applied online recently and had the same response of 60-90 days before callback? I just wanted to check with others before I accept the fact that they maybe they just don't want to talk to me. Any help appreciated!!

I am in the same boat as you; I know of some other pilots who havn't got the call yet either...Don't WORRY!!!

I applied 2 weeks back - I'm not too worried as they say 60 - 90 days.
They say in the application that a recruiter will call you. There is also a number they give at the completion of the application you can call, in case of doubts, questions, etc.

I did the "phone interview" 3 months ago and haven't heard anything back. I talked with HR this morning and she checked my file for me. She said that it is taking a little longer to find spots for interviews. I'm confused by seeing how many people are getting callbacks sooner than that.

Been 2 weeks since I applied online. They really have no idea about a person's experience level or anything else from the online application, so I don't know how they go about categorizing them.

You're right, I don't understand how the process works. All they know from the online app is that you meet their mins. They don't know work experience, or recency, or anything. I don't know how it works. I guess we just have to be patient.

A friend of mine just got the call to fax in a current resume…It took him about three weeks after the initial application online

Replying to my own post, but just thought I let everyone know I got the call to fax my resume exactly 3 weeks after I applied online. Dawn Daniels called same day and did small phone interview. My date in Houston is Oct 15th. Good Luck to all!!

From a young CA I talked to recently...."its a job" and on contracts, "we'll see".

Flying is a job.

Mesa's contract is due in a couple of years as well. We'll see what shennanigans J. O. comes up for those fellas in a couple of years. By then it will be a cabotage issue where by Air-India Express (or whatever) pilots will fly for MESA under a new ops cert to undermine the negotating process.

This is pretty funny but I received a call from ExJet tonight to fax my resume to them. I guess this is the next step. Go figure, don't here anything for 3 months and as soon as something about it appears on this board, I get the call. We'll see..................
