I did the phone screening on Jan 5th and they told me 60-90 days.

I think they're crazy. American Eagle, Trans States and some other are hiring like crazy. If CoEx sits on their butts they'll only have the rejects to hire from. Everybody who has the hours and experience the regionals are looking for can have a job in this market.

I got the call this morning (March 4th) for interviews either the 17th, 19th or 29th of March.

Just for a frame of reference I have 3800 TT and 1800 Multi, 1500 Turbine PIC.

I did the initial app on Jan 29th.

I did the online app about Dec 13 and did phone interview on Dec 15. They told me the same as everyone else 60 to 90 days.

I think they're crazy. American Eagle, Trans States and some other are hiring like crazy. If CoEx sits on their butts they'll only have the rejects to hire from.

I interviewed last month and they told us they interviewed 180 people in the first two weeks. I think they've already filled up the first three classes of newhires (one on Mar 8 and two on Mar 15). I doubt they are hurting for qualified candidates. Eagle and TransStates both pay during training and offered earlier classdates, but I felt that in the long run XJT was a better place for me. I think a lot of others will agree.

The march classes and the class on April 1st are all filled. The next class is April 8th and that's almost filled as well.

Heard a rumor they were going to try streamlining the hiring process, because it's taking a bit too long. The whole "fly them down for a second interview" then fly them back for orientation is why? Also heard the 39 days "nearly" straight through that many heard during their interview is ACTUALLY TRUE! The classes coming in starting Monday will be nearly 3 weeks straight before the first break? If anyone can confirm this rumor, post it, cause that might hurt a little, I'm enjoying my weekends off.
