so what is this about.....duane having to sign....did he not say he would not sign another concessionary contract? What about the judge, did he sign off on it yet? this entire rumor about the 30th....where did it start? the only thing i have been able to track it too is someone who interviewed at air willy said they said.......from someone who knew...that NWA woudl let them know if they had the contract.....seems like a true rumor with nothing to back it up.....guess i will wait and see!

The Judge did sign yesterday afternoon. I have heard that 3 of the planes Pinnacle parked in Tucson have been flown to YUL for a heavy check.

Why would they need a heavy check? None of those planes had more than 5 months of flying on it. Some less than a months worth. It is rumored though that two of those CRJ's will be added back to the Pinnacle roster mid-December.

I agree. It doesn't make much sense. This was reported by our CRJ training dept. They thought that they ( 15 ) would all soon be in YUL.

Not unusual

Probably a term of the sub-lease or whatever the agreement is. This is pretty common when aircraft exchange owners/lessor(ee), even if not too much time and cycles are on them since the last check. Plus, those planes have been sitting too so they will have to undergo some major Corrosion Analysis, which will require pulling up floorboards and such, so why not do a C-Check.

Has anyone tried tracking the tail numbers? Does anyone know the tail numbers of the two that were waiting to be delivered when NW nixed the deal?

ImbracableCrunk not sure but a week ago in CYUL one of them had a new Canadian registration on it and was in the paint shop to get re painted from Airlink to what ever its new owner wants. It appeared to have a corporate interior inside.

Heard a rumor once that Chautaqua was supposed to get some used NWA CRJ 200's at some point. Maybe somebody else can follow up to that one.

I think NW has everyone brainwashed over these jets. Hey, it worked for the TA.

**Note to self. Delete this post if jets are announced**
