They should dock his pay 30%, since he is the d"head" of the SLT.

Actually, it looks like since they cut the bonus from 60% of his base to 30% of his base, they DID dock 50% of his bonus and 19% of his total compensation. How does that compare to the line cuts?

Compared to the 100% reduction in pay and benifits I will recieve later this month I think John has come out pretty nicely................

A. Pilots at Mesaba do not receive any bonus of any kind. We are the
only employee group that receives no incentive, holiday, performance,
or other type of bonus.

B. Pilots have not given up anything from their current book. A 19%
paycut for second year FO's (if they aren't furloughed) would put
them at $22.68/hr. For even numbers, that equates to around $22K
per year before taxes, union, 401(k), and the $300/mo for the health
insurance for a family.

You couldn't have read that more accurately.
