It appears that it's an ALPA tool. They were smart enough to use an anonymous DNS registrar though, so I can't prove it.

precisely what it is. I guess leaving the cards all over creation, starting their own website and taking it upon themselves to sign up others without their permission hasn't gotten the numbers they need to show ALPA national. gee, I wonder why? could it up be that some (most?) of us have looked around at the wasteland that is the ALPA carriers and decided 'no thanks.'

I'm not against representation, but until something better is available, I'll be happy with the QOL, total pay, benefits, bases, etc. that we enjoy at SkyWest. I can't name one regional that beats what we have in terms of those things, in total.

(yes, I know I'll get flamed. yes, I've heard the arugments. yes, I've worked at an ALPA represented airline)

Teamsters? No. In house? Been there tried that. After a lot of the pilots said that's what they wanted, an attempt was made to have an in house union. Certain SAPA individuals did nothing but blast it and the organizing committee. It failed. "There needs to be a regional airline pilot's union, I'd vote for that" god I hate it when people say that. Present representation? Not a real union. Enough said.

Anyone know what this is all about?

link to yet another forum

It could be about promoting your own website. Starting a post here and then bumping it in an attempt to send traffic from here over to there.

Which ALPA airline did you come from? I'm guessing it starts with an "M".....
