No. With www.fltplan.com being free and FAA approved as a source of weather briefings, there's no need to spend the money for WSI. It's redundant and not necessary.

We've in fact closed our WSI account and switched to using www.fltplan.com all the time.

Duat(s) is free as well, and of course is FAA approved. Be sure you read the fltplan.com QICP Information page. If you are a 121/135 (not sure about 91K) operator you may need to add them to your OpsSpecs in order for you to legally use it.
 
WSI was never set up well. It's slow, difficult to navigate when compared with the competition, and most of the FBO's mouse's never worked with WSI. I hated it and would never recommend it to anyone - total waste of money.

www.fltplan.com, ARINC, and www.intellicast.com. Done.
