Writing new PC logbook program need advice , input !!!!!!!

Hi guys , i am writing a pc logbook program , i want to take it commercial what features do you want , and how much would you pay for a
1) pc logbook
2) pc logbook with sync capability so you can enter your times from any pc with internet access
3) or do you guys prefer a logbook that is online all the time


also how much would you pay somebody to take your paper logbook and enter all your times
say per 100 flights
