Looking for as much info as I can get about Wrightway in Daytona Beach. Former or current students or instructors. I'm particularly interested in multi and time building in a Seneca, but tell me anything about your experience there!

Did anyone here get their MEI with Wrightway? How long and how much did it take and cost you? (BTW, I know this can vary from individual to individual, but if you come prepared for every session and fly daily whenever possible. Could you do it in roughly two weeks?). Again, your experience is what I'd like to hear about!

I have all the official info, even talked to them. Just looking for more feedback from people who've had experience (good or bad)with them!

Thanks!

a-v-8-er,
I instructed at Wrightway for about a year and a half. They are great people and will do their best to see that you have a good experience. Pre 9-11 things were so crazy their that it got a little big, but since then it has gone back to a family place. The maintenance is good and the airplanes are taken care of. The last I heard airplane availability is good. It is across the field from Riddle which is good and bad. The instructors are for the most part bright and know their stuff; Pete makes sure of it. Wrightway also gives the student/instructor the option to make the go/no-go decision which you do not get at some bigger flight schools. I would go for it if I were you. I got my CFI/CFII/MEI there and had a great experience. The MEI took me a week and it costs about 1500, but I already had a CFI/CFII and 10 hours multi PIC. Hope that helps. Good luck
