135 minimums and they want to pay $5.15/hr, un-freaking-believable!

Probably a typo, but maybe not. That's what this industry has been reduced to. Some schmuck will take this job, thus cheaping up the industry and driving wages down. As long as these pilots with the "will fly for food" attitude continue to accept substandard employment such as this, and also PFT, then we will continue to see ads like this one

I bet the employer will be pissed off too when the pilot leaves for another job. The people who operate like this are predictable. And just as predictable, somebody will take this job.

"Would you like fries with that?"

That is the phrase I say to my thirteen year old son every time he doesn't want to do his homework! :D

On the subject of the pay for that job, they should be ashamed!!

People that hire $5.15 hour pilots deserve front row seats to their own demise.

isn't that below the federal minimum wage? or is it right at $5.15?

You left out the best part...I looked up the listing and just below it, there was a food server job listed at $5.75/hr. for the same employer.
That would be a good delio if you could work both jobs at the same time.

I thought it was the customer(in this case the owner) ruining the industry....
