fo can fly from the left seat on empty legs. Can't remember the times. If i'm sitting in the right seat I just rather sit there the whole tour. I don't want to move my crap from one seat to another then back again.

I think this the key statement here. How miserable are you at your current job? Sure, NJA and FLOPS might be better than Flex, but do have any prospects of interviewing with them? I guess the question is, "Is FlexJet better than my current situation?" If it is, go for it. Nothing prevents you from applying to NJA, anyways.

Me and this guy I fly with at options swap every two legs, so it cuts cown on swapping your stuff back and forth. It works well.
