Please don't whore yourself. You are worth more. If he can afford a jet...he can afford to pay the average NBAA salary. Ask him if he will do his job for what he wants to pay you then ask him how he feels about finding the cheapest pilot in town to fly friends, family and coworkers around at 37,000 feet and 400 miles an hour!
