You might want to inform the pilot who posted that that he may be in violation of some SEC regulations. If World gets a hold of that post, then his job will probably be in jeopardy. I represented one of our Pinnacle pilots a few months ago who came very close to being terminated because of a very similar post on Yahoo Financial about our negotiations. I would suggest that he delete that post before World management sees it. Just FYI.

I don't think the results are going to be overwhelming like the article states. In fact, I think it will pass. The writer wrote "everyone is voting no." That is not true, in fact many are voting yes. I predict it will pass by greater than 60%. Time will tell.

"Scope" is a union contractural provision that prevents or restricts the employer from outsourcing jobs covered by the contract. It is the bedrock of a union contract. Without it the rest of a contract means almost nothing.
