Any know what kind of a/c that is, that the German Air Force usually has in KIAD? Usually in camo colors, twin engined, sits kinda low to the ground?

Seriously, why are they there nearly everyday?

You see them in signature all the time. Everytime i've seen them they've been loading up and departing or coming in. It looks like some sort of shuttle for military guys that are getting some training by our govt.
