Ok, settle a bet. The WN interview has you tell your "stories" more than once, to two separate interviewers. Are you supposed to tell the same "story" to each interviewer, even if the question/subject matter, is the same? I think different stories are better, even if the question is the same any one have a better insight? Second, I hear that WN puts an attractive gal, introduced as a "trainee/observer" int he HR part, mainly to see ones reaction. True? If so, why? I kinda feel thats dirty pool...or WN is crazy like a fox......kinda like giving away free crack or something.....just low-down deceitful :pimp:now that I think about it....WN must know pilots better than I thought......

Just tell her she has a killer rack and you're in!

Seriously though, I haven't heard that one. Maybe there was an attractive observer for a few interviews because she's legit and actually employed in the People Dept. SWA is so sensitive to sexual harassment these days (guilty until proven innocent) that I can't imagine they would try a stunt like that.

Different stories that have a complete ending, nothing that leaves you hanging. Good CRM stories I think are a good options for what it's worth.

Really shouldn't get the same question twice. They keep track of what each other are asking by way of a workbook that follows you through the day. Doesn't mean you can't use the same story to answer different questions as long as you make your point.

As far as the "attractive" person in the room goes, just mind your manners and act like a gentleman (or gentlewoman, I guess) and you'll be fine.

Good luck.
