Apparently the U.S Court of appeals ruled against the ALPA in the Case of ALPA vs. Guilford (the defendant in the BMA case)

I had posted this in the Union section a couple of days ago and got NOTHING!
Guess there is no one home there. I do think it may be pertinant to the NJA/NJI Common Carrier discussion. Honestly just trying to provide info and encourage discourse on the subject. Flame away guys!
 
Thats easy. EJI was started only after refusing to bargain with the Union while offering class dates to IBT284 pilots out of seniority.

"It said that to win, the pilots needed to prove union-busting was the only motive for moving the business."

So NJI was started to bust your union? And it was the ONLY reason NJI was started? Good luck.
