That sounds nice, but can that profit sharing bonus help you buy a bigger house in Yonkers? How about JLo's stomping ground in the Bronx? New York has got to be expensive, right? I know that some of your guys commute to NY, but a lot probably do not.
That has to suck. Atlanta's climate is a lot better than New York's!!

What never ceases to amaze me about the airline industry is the perpetual conflict between labor and management. Everyone seems to accept this behavior as standard practice. Oddly, there is rarely a discussion of the cost associated with such strife.

If management disclosed the cost, the shareholders' would revolt.
