Seems like whenever someone tries to use that a a backup for salary requirements or requests to a prospective employeer - they get pissed off and throw you out. What's the deal? I understand the need to keep costs down, but shouldn't they welcome the information so they can recruit properly qualified pilots with competitive compensation?

It is junk, that is why. Is is filled out by pilots (notorious liars ;)) and not accountants, actuaries and CEO like Stanton and mix NBAA.

My boss could care less about the pro-pilot survey. He wants NBAA and Stanton.

How do I get the NBAA (for free - $75 bucks is a bit much) and Stanton numbers?

I would think most employers would like the Pro Pilot Salary numbers. They are on the lower side when compared to NBAA and Conklin and Deckler numbers.
