Really? I didn't know they put engines under the wing of a DC-9. Oh wait, I'm being sarcastic.

It's a 737, I think the original poster wanted to know what airline it was. I have no idea who it is. Delta is the only 737 operator in the United States with an all white nose, but I suspect it's a foreign carrier or a charter company otherwise it would have been reported on FI sooner.
