Who is flying this BBJ

I have seen a white BBJ here and there with the tail number N129QS. Its call sign is "boeing"
Its owned by a bank as a trustee so I am thinking it must be leased.

Why the "boeing" call-sign? Is that std for a QS? I though they just used the number like all the frac fleets.

I think the BBJ and the Gulfstream IV's and V's use the tail number on the aircraft instead of the "ExecJet xxx" callsign.
