I am sure you have heard it before, but I have a bit of a predictament.

1) US Air Ex: Better pay in long run compared to other commuter, better company treatment, short reserve, no jets or plans for any.

2) AMR : couple dollars an hour less first year, probably hired straight to jet, longer reserve, better stability.

3) Charter company (all jets): 2 x commuter pay (40k/year), two year upgrade, part 135.

Keep in mind that UPS (7 year goal) wants 4K-6K total, 1k PIC turbine, Internal Recommendation, and 121 experience helps but not necessary. (I think the last is a bluff though)

I have offers from all three right now and would appreciate any out there in the soup help.

Sounds like you have offers from PDT and Eagle. Go wherever you get the first class date, wherever you can afford to work, and wherever you can get 1000+ turbine PIC in the quickest possible time, and hope you can get two of the three above in your choice.

If you can upgrade on a bizjet or turboprop in 24 or less months, then by all means go there, especially if its over 12,500. I think only AirTran discriminates against non-121 pilots, so you still would have alot of options. Plus you can always go to a regional after hitting 1000+ turbine PIC (like so many of my Corpex buds have done recently).

Sounds like a nice problem to have - good luck with your decision!
