The other day I was wondering which cago operator has the best maintenance department. Many companies spend lots of money keeping their aircraft safe, but in your opinion or experiences, which company has the best maintenance department?

Like all of us I wanted the uniform, to fly a cool jet as quick as possible, to feel equal to my friends, have hot chicks look at you during boarding while you flip switches and look cool, and all that other stuff

Yeah, the same can be said of Flight Express, at least at my base. I'm not sure how you quantify quality beyond that, and I'm sure that there are plenty of other operations (although not enough) that could say the same...

Do you have anything else to say other than this?

Central Air Southwest's maintenance department in MKC is pretty impressive, and the guys that work there have been there for at least a decade (most junior) and they could disassemble and put a Commander back together again.

If it's broke it gets fixed. That's been my experience.

Fedex

Kalitta has very good maintenance and we carry a lot of spare parts with us. There are of course sometimes when dmi is needed but it's rare.

that has nothing to do with the question...

C&M Airways in El Paso....
From the point of view of a mechanically challenged
pilot:p , our maintenance staff is the best in the business....
