The issues that will impact one will impact the other. The only real variable is ASA is currently in negotiations, but a DAL CH11 filing will prabably be about the same at either.

The pay and work rules are currently better at CMR, but ASA will continue to raise the bar when we finally get our new contract.

Travel benifits are identical. Health insurance, close enough to call it a wash.

Equipment is identical, except for the handfull of ATRs at ASA.

Upgrades appear to be about the same, although that's subject to change at a moments notice.

I'd say if you have interviews at both, go with the first one that makes you an offer, unless you have a real preference for ATL or CVG. ASA's SLC base is currently REALLLLY senior, but that may change if we grow the operation there. OTOH, it may go away entirely if GreenJeans gives some CR7s to SkyWest. It's all up in the air currently.

I'll say this... CVG runs WAY better than ATL. But if it works out in 2 years ATL may actually function better that CVG. But it will be HELL for those 2 years.
