It depends on what you're looking at.

If you are comparing Training Departments and Organization, HECK YEAH! Mesaba was AWESOME in that department.

If you are comparing getting bent over backwards by Management & Union, heck no! I've never worked at better company.

Sure, it's tough to get through training but the QOL is WAY better and the pay isn't even on the same chart. Apples to Oranges.

You can be happy or unhappy wherever you are. However, now that I'm over here, I wouldn't ever go back. It really all depends on where you are meant to be and what your priorities are. Being over here has opened my eyes in SO many ways. There is no doubt that CityJet isn't the pie in the sky. However, I haven't had so much fun working and I'm finally getting ahead financially and not getting sold out by fellow pilots.
