What's the best way to start prepping for the CFI oral? I allready passed the FOIs and the CFI written, but haven't came up with a lesson plan yet.

Go get the guy you want to get training from. That person should be able to set you in the right direction (and it is them, after all who you need to impress to get thier signature).

For me, I make everybody go out and start with the Airplane Flying Handbook and the various PTSes. I want all my CFI students to know how the FAA says the manuevers should be done, and to what standards. That's where I start at least.
