Where can I get a pilot salary survey

Does anyone know where there are published pilot salaries? I would like this for comparison purposes. I believe that there a few places out there that will "sell" you one......

Every year Professional Pilot magazine does a VERY comprehensive salary survey. It covers in detail all facets of the industry. The survey is usually published in the JUne issue and should be available for 2003 any day now.
