I think J41CA meant "existing" contract. Since UAL and ACA could not agree to new terms the old contract remains in force unless/until UAL cancels it.J41CA said:Before United can exit chapter 11 they must either reaffirm or void the exiting contract. As of this week, United has projected a June 30, 2004 exit date, which is suppose to coinside with their planned completion of a commuter terminal at Dulles. Given that United has limited gate options for express I fully expect them to keep ACA on until the new gates are completed or the day before they exit BK.
