whats up with the JFJ united pulled off?

I cant believe that United was able to bully there way into BSing companys like Mesa and SkyWest into Jet for Jobs....whats up with that?

If you call Right seat and only 60% of which have to go to a jet, 2nd year pay and united making up the rest of the pay to equal 2nd year pay, J4J then maybe it is but it is nothing like the USAir guys pulled off. Maybe we should call this one J4J-, I would have to say that is more like new hiring practice with old papa united picking up some of the slack. Yes it will suck for others that are looking for a job, but how many others out there got a job because uncle jon had a friend that knew billy bobs sisters boyfirend who was the CEO of a airline.
