On this board there has been a few blips here and there about SKYWAY, but can anyone share a few words on what's happening there?

Thanks!
Ed

Concessions, lawsuits, cancellations,ect

That about sums it up. Your basic train wreck. Management is demanding concessions from the lowest paid regional pilot group in North America. The holding company is being sued by one of its lessors due to the fact that they have not made an aircraft lease payment since March. We are cancelling flights and JA'ing crews even though we have 20% of our seniority list on the street. Five year captains are leaving to be FO's at other regionals.

I hate to add negativity to the board, but facts are facts. Skyway and Midwest are on the fast track to going bye bye. Too bad, really a great bunch of pilots, who by the way, are becoming more militant by the hour. Full pay to the last day Timmy!!!!
