What's the AirTran Interview Schedule?

How often does AirTran issue invitations to interview? What is the time frame from invitation to actual interview to job offer to class? I've heard of "the list" - is this an interview list? Some people helped me out and I was told I could expect an invitation - just wondering how long I should expect to wait to hear something.

Once you are on the list there is no telling how long until you get a call. I had a friend that I recommended that took 4 months to get on the list then another 4 months to get a call, I also have a friend that took 12 months to get on the list and then he got a call 3 days after being on the list. So as far as I know there is no formula to it.

I know that this does not help you that much but if you are on the list you should get a call eventually. Good luck to you.

My buddy that I recommended made the list about 3 weeks ago(the list is those names that have been approved to get an invitation to interview. The pilot group can see the names and everyone is invited to contact HR to say yeah or nay on said canidate.) Anywho, he got called to interview within 10 days of the posting of the list. He was told at the interview that he'll know the outcome within 7-10 days for a june class.

NOT true. AirTran has interviews scheduled through the end of May.

I've seen copies of "the list" dated 2/23, 3/1, and 3/8 - is there a newer list out? Thanks for the info.

The last list that I'm aware of is dated 3/8. A new list usually comes out once a month.
