I am currently looking into a job with Air Tahoma, but I am hearing some bad things about them. What is it that makes this company so much worse than the other cargo companies? I mean everybody has their complaints about any job, is it really that bad over there?

The only thing real negitive I hear is their chief pilot is a schizo homo, but that's about all. Anybody care to shed some light on the subject? Serious replies only, I've heard enough disgruntled employee posts.

Run while you can the trun over rate is through the roof. This company is the reason for pilot unions. Do a search and you will find plenty of info.

STAY AWAY!


With the exception of a couple Captains, everybody there has only been there two months max! Do the math man, there is a reason people do not stay there! A few of us survived there violation free, take our advice and don't even concider it!
 
Can anyone answer how a cv580 can fly from subic bay manila then to ho chi minh city with as much weight as ATI carries and LEGALLY HAVE ENOUGH FUEL.??? does anyone know if FED EX monitors this information???
 
thats simple enough. their 580 with supurb maint are alot faster and more fuel efficent than all those others..

Have you seen the "payscale"?
Take a good hard look and then figure out which alley you are going to sleep in.
 
I don't plan on sleeping in an alley, but I do plan on sleeping in the airplane like Ricky-ticky does! I think the TSA should investigate what he is doing out there all by his lonesome, or atleast question him like they did shorts.

Wonder who he thinks his freinds are now Jenny got the **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED**e-can?

Maybe the 580 performs better now that it's 50+ yrs old than when it was new out of the box?
 
Its all those healed parts from the healing room..allrested up and ready to go
 
I tried so hard to get on with Air Tahoma a few years back when I knew nothing much about them. I'm sure glad they didn't hire me now!

You would think Fedex would monitor it? Maybe they haven't run the numbers? Why would the pilots fly overweight or under-fueled?
 
Hey Vasco, your not that Aussie chap that is Rick's best friend are you?

Heard you couldn't pass the type and they sent you back over there as an F/O.... poor chap. Enjoy your water crossings and watch your back, the Flips are not as forgiving as me!

And don't screw up my favorite drinking place!
