anything but flight time pay. Min guarntee of 3.75 but only flying 1hr. Sitting in a overnight for 24hrs and getting paid a min guarntee while sitting in hotel. Working a 4 day worth 5hrs flt time but get paid 15hrs.

xx and xxx don't officially exist in the rating, it's just a name. X is the official rating.

I guess XX can be considered Soft. XXX is hard.
