Can someone at ATA please tell me what the retirement is like? I know yall signed a new contract recently and wondered. Do you have a pension. Does the company match 401k or anything? Thanks in advance.

If you are a Clempson grad, they give you four chickens, two cows and a goat.

Just kidding, Go Cocks!

ATA matches 60 cents on the dollar for the first 6% of compensation on the 401(k) plan. The new "B" fund just started with company contributions of 4% to 6.5% of compensation depending upon years of service. By the end of the contract, the "B" fund contributions will range from 5.5% to 12% of earnings. Both plans are self directed, and none of the 401(k) company matching funds or "B" fund contributions are made in company stock.

Thanks so much lazyb. Yalls contract looks great. I think it is better than US Airways was.
