What is a good Job Seach Company

I have herad good and bad reports on Climbto350, AvWeb, JetJobs ...etc ... For spmeone who wants a prop job (no aspiration for big jets or heavy turbines) which one is a better investment and works better? Any first hand info is appreciated.

Good prop jobs are usually posted on www.findapilot.com and occasionally www.jsfirm.com (these are FREE sites). As far as an investment goes I would suggest www.planejobs.com because they sum up ALL jobs from ALL websites. With regards to www.climbto350.com, the jobs become available after 5 days (I think).
