Wear a suit, it is an interview! Bring copies of your resume. I brought logbooks and other records too, but they weren't looked at. General get to know you questions, laid back and cordial in my experience.

You are interviewing to a be a pilot, dress in a pilot uniform and you will be sure to stand out from the competition!

Please tell me you're not serious! Unless you're on a layover at MEM for few hours, I think you'd look like a tool doing that. Albie, any input?

You're going in to interview with a chief pilot, therefore interview attire highly recommended.

Wear a suit. I would advise against wearing the pilot uniform. Talk to the chief pilot about how you got to this point in your career. Why do you want to work for FedEx? The chief wants to get to know a little about you in 30 minutes to 1 hour. It generally is a very relaxed atmosphere. Be prepared to answer some interview type questions. If you make a good impression, you may eventually get called for an interview. It was 6 months after my "meet and greet" with the ACP before I got a phone call to set up the interview for the job. Good luck!

No but I would really enjoy reading the posts about the guy who actually did show up wearing his spiffy uniform :)

Good luck to you!
