Yes. Either the pilots get little money or the pilots get no money. The specifics are in doubt. But the company, magnanimous in victory, is generously allowing us the opportunity to give away more PEA protections in return for more, but still less than average, pay. Nice of them.

So if it is "wait and see" why even post this.
How about we "wait and see" that's all we can do.
I think we all need to settle down. If the ELT dicks it up like many think its a real
quick ride to a union. You know nobody knows what is in the new pea so lets just stick to facts they are on the side of a CBA anyway.

Great. Can't wait to fly with some more angry guys that feel entitled. Biggest divided group I've ever seen. Bunch of mercenaries

Btw, that attitude you speak of is the result of working at JB for more than two years. The company keeps us divided so its everyone for themselves. Just give it some time and you will come to the same realization that so many of us have.

I don't agree.
Some guys have problems but almost all keep it very civil.
Just over 2 years here and there is 1 guy I would avoid.
As always it's a bunch of Internet champs that hide behind a screen name and would never talk like they do to your face.
It's really pilots who divide themselves.
Where did you come from?
What did you fly?
Are you on the bus or 190?
Military?
Regional Alpa hater?
Union non union?

It was an ironic editorial comment on my part, which is certainly allowed on this message board. Don't get wound up about it. Trust me, my opinion isn't going to affect the outcome one jot.

I always thought it was just business, not personal? Just not convinced some guys felt wronged or if it was a cash grab. Makes me wonder about the future drive or just overall future of this group B6. Just doesn't seem like everyone isn't on the same page going forward. Bothers me. It was never like this at my other airlines. FYI I've been at B6 for 7 years so save the instructional "how it is" talk.

I'm an ex military (non-retired) line holding bus captain. Around 800 seniority. I am pro union after years of over promising and under-delivering. I'm not a hater, just a cynic with zero blue juice left.

I have learned that it is not personal. The ELT are doing a fine job, it's the pilots who still "believe" that have left us behind.

None have seen anything of its content and already the negative. Why?

Because history is about to repeat itself.

PSIA in all areas was the promise, however, not once have we managed to achieve average. Hourly pay might be the only one, but it is always based on the PSIA of the year prior. That was the reason they finally managed to get it on time last time, didn't want to include the UAL numbers.

Retirement, nope that on fell flat. FSM, another disaster, PPA not good, lots of convenient loop holes, vacation and availability, nope, PTO accrual, nope and the last big kick in the teeth was Health Insurance.

Now the word of the day is Mega Carriers, route overlap, business models.

Not many BoB's left, most have seen the errors of their ways, but apparently you still haven't. Funny, because you said you would start the ALPA drive personally if the company didn't come through, after you and your friends worked so hard to defeat the JBPA drive.

So what are your expectations, what numbers would you think are appropriate and what, if anything, are you willing to give up in return?
