Investors pulled the plug and fired everybody the beginning of Jan and sold the airplanes. Southern got the two GE birds, and I don't know where the two RR birds went.

Most guys are no employeed with SAI, TDX, or Omni.

Who is SAI and TDX?
I thought that they were keeping one crew and plane to hang on to the certificate? Or did that go away as well?

SAI = Southern Air Incorporated
TDX = Tradewinds

No airplanes, certificate is still alive for now, but that appears to be a lost cause also.

Focus is not operating, min personnel required under Part 119 still in FLL, 2 RR birds still in VCV under the Focus certificate. Neither the certificate nor the RR airplanes have been sold as of today.
