read books, bring a DVD player, sudoko/crosswords puzzles, learn your systems, regs, contract, etc. better, exercise, the web, chat it up with the janitorial or desk staff, dismantle the HVAC, wander through the woods. Life is quite interesting. You just need to know where to look. Maybe even take up some sketching/drawing.

Reserve wont be forever, dude.

I know some that post flamebait on internet message boards while killing time in a crashpad on reserve.

On FI? Really? YOU wouldn't happen to have names, would YOU?

Personally, I'd find a new career on RSV or get a masters degree online.

Keep checking the schedule, at some point you'll see they have nothing for you or you'll reach the point of no return in any case give the jailer a call, get released for the evening and go drinking. Repeat as necessary.

I'm at ASA and on R12 (1200-0100) reserve.

What time is the 'point of no return'?

I figure if they haven't called me by 9pm, I'm not flying that night...that may even be a little conservative.

Can you really call scheduling and get released once it gets to the point where you aren't the best option for them to call? I've been nervous, not wanting to piss them off or anything.

I'm a dork and have plenty to learn, feel free to make fun of me in that brutal FI.com way...just share some info if you do.

I have been tossing around the idea of getting my masters...but I don't know what the best schools to do it online are as well as not sure what to get my masters degree in the field of; but for now...sleep a lot, and try to scheme a way to get home early

According to the contract if i read it correctly is you can only be on res for 12 hrs the 3 hr following you just have to be available for phone contact in which they will give you 8hrs rest before your show. So if i understand it right you would be pretty much free past 10 from the two hour show deal.

The shampoo packets work well too. My pubs have never been so soft, shiny and full of body.

Duuude, but if that shampoo gets into your snake eye that's going to buuuurn!!!!! Oh well, atleast it'll be zestfully clean.
