Anyone have some info on West Air?? Not much info on their web site.

I'm interested in pay, base info, ect... I understand they are not hiring right now.

Thanks

West Air is a great little company to work with.

The last I heard there are basically four bases: KLAS, KOAK, KONT & KSMF. Other than adhoc flying you fly out of the base to an outstation and then fly back in the evening. Mostly six days a week. Outstations are all throughout the state of California, Cedar City and St George UT. from last that I heard.

Do not know what pay is a this point in time. I would think that it would be in the 2K a month range to starting out.

Aircraft are well maintained as is mostly the case with the Fedex feeder operators.

There is also again from last that I heard a 10K training agreement for a period of one year, prorated after the first six months.

Do not believe that they will be hiring anytime soon.

Take Care, Good Luck & Fly Safe!
