Wend's manager

I was in Wendy's the other day and the shift managers, manager etc were having a "compensation" meeting with "Wendy's International" person. I actually heard their starting pay for shift managers in the lowest market with more pay in higher cost of living cities....$25,000 plus a very good incentive package!!!! I know they deal with raw meat and customers all day but where does that put the regional Fo?

About 4 to 9 grand a year lower depending on what regional you work for.
