What couldn't be done with committees, and trust, and talk, and push-back, and BBQs, and conference calls, and union drives, and endless mailings to my home...

...was accomplished by competent attorneys.

Thank you.

I "heart" lawyers.

Joinder in action, it's a beautiful thing!

+1

Another roadblock removed...

However, keep the champagne on ice...it's still up to the AAA to decide on joinder. Remember, JB filed the original injunction the day before the AAA hearing on whether they would combine all of the claims. All of these court battles were just to get us back in the AAA office.

Sooooo ....

Jetblue now invests in an alter ego that according to the PVC's definition of "Control" Jetblue does not "Control"

Then appoints Ed Barnes the President and then appoints a majority of the alter ego's officers while operating A320a and A321a and flying 50% of Jetblue ASMs. The greatest deal is the 5 documents allows it and it cost the JetBlue nothing.

Sweet deal.

Sweeter deal is when they offer preferential interviews to JetBlue pilots for quick upgrades at the alter ego and the JetBlue seniority list starts to shrink and shrink and shrink.

Deal can't get any sweeter until those 3A CA are FOs.

And do you think before the 5 docs Jetblue could not have done the above? What is interesting about 3A is that this is the first time the contract has been examined and argued in front of the judicial system.

And if 1000 pilots and a law firm can take on the contract and find holes imagine what AA and APA could do?
