There is a debate going on at the moment about whether "-FZRAPL" should read as "Light freezing rain with (moderate) ice pellets" OR "Light ice pellets mixed with (moderate) freezing rain". OR would it read as "Light freezing rain with light ice pellets"? What say you all?

I always read it as light freezing rain with pellets

If I were reading that to a crew, I would read it as light freezing rain with ice pellets.
