Hey guys , need some advice. I have an interview with CAL soon. I got a warning letter in my file for attendance due to sick calls. All legit with doc notes. Am I done here....will this scew it all up for me....been studying like crazy for this interview and now Im bummed out about this. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Is this the double secret probation file???

All kidding aside, I wouldn't worry about it. Most questions asked these days are so vague, I doubt it will be mentioned. If the interviewer asks, fess up. But, have a good reason as why you had an attendence problem.

But, if you are leaving as a current employee, it didn't ding you at your current gig, most likely it won't be brought up at your new one.
(see, thinking positive for ya)
