How much $$ does PCL promise to give you per recruit?

They mentioned this new referral program to our class. The lead recruiter said some things to indicate that you'd have to actually know the person to get the bonus. So I don't think refering people from the internet is going to get you any cash. I guess you have to have some history with the people you refer.

Training pay is $400/week + $750 bonus upon checkride completion and a $500 6-month longevity bonus. If you walk in with 3500 hours you can upgrade to captain right after FO training; otherwise, it's 2500 total and 1000 company to upgrade. You are not considered an employee until you pass the checkride.

As far as the folks coming here... My class is a little over half instructers / 135 ops / and Mesa folks and the rest are from Jet University.

With any luck this contract will be finished soon.
