Honestly, I haven't eaten there since I was a freight dog flying DC-8's for Emery. So, it may have been waffles or something that was waffle-like.
Yup, I remember the Awful House being the only "food" establishment open during vampire hours that freight dogs seem to keep.
Remember, there is a good reason they can sell their "food" at rock bottom prices! When I was in college I thanked my lucky stars for places like this. Heck, I used to find enough change on the floor of my car to eat a meal at Taco Bell! Now, at 37, I find it difficult to consume whatever it is that they are trying to sell me. I'd rather just pack a couple of oranges.
