Nokia and T Mobile offer a cell phone that allows calls to be made over WiFi, just like Skype but using only one's cell phone.

This would save a lot of money and cell phone minutes, particularly outside the US. Does anyone know if Sprint has a similar phone? I can't find one using their only modestly useful website.
