Vision 737 operation ?

Keep seeing a -300 and -400 flying between IAD and KEF, both using registrations as radio calls with one showing as registered to Vision. Is that Vision from Vegas, what are they doing ? I'm assuming they continue on to and originate in Europe. Pay to play in a 737 ?

Not sure but it's certainly a distinct possibility given Vision's latest ventures in Europe. If I recall, they were operating out of Frankfurt last year (2 of our Flight Attendants went over there), not sure what the latest is.

I know several pilots that worked over there at their N. Las Vegas operation. Nothing but horror stories. It's been a couple of years, but by most accounts, absolutely worst treatment of pilots I've ever heard. Among many other things, they had a practice of 'pink-slipping' fledgling pilots, on no-notice check rides, to prevent them from interviewing elsewhere. Hell of a way to start out your career...
