We have had quite a few SkyWest pilots get on there!!

Second interview class for F.O.s had four of seven from SKYW. First interview had five.

First actual class of F.O.s was six total. Five were from SKYW.
 
Nothing has changed in aviation folks - the grass isn't always greener: I can't figure out, other than the type of airplane, why Virgin USA is different than SKYW (outside the obvious). At the end of the day it's likely a crappy schedule, hotels with crappy rooms, and after 30 years - perhaps a pat on the back with some change in a retirement fund. No, this isn't an attempt to flame - I just don't see the "why" behind the excitement of Virgin USA.

VA is still a major airline. Also it's a Western based airline, something that is a big bonus since many airlines have bases out East, at least junior ones.
