What does USA3000 pay during training?
Do they pay for hotel and per diem?
Where is the training? MIA?
How long from date of hire to online?
Anything else training related you care to add.

TIA

They pay $2000.00 per month for training, plus perdiem. They pay for lodging, and provide a rental car for each pair of sim partners. They have been using Airbus out of MIA, but are using Frontier at least for the next couple classes.

For my class it was six weeks - a week and a half of indoc, two and a half weeks of systems/cbt/cpt and two weeks of sim. After that we all had at least ten days off before starting IOE. Weekends off and the oral was done after the systems training, so that weekend after the oral and before sim is a good weekend to go home. We had our IDs by the third day of class so you can jumpseat home if needed.

Company provided single occupancy hotel room and a rental car for each sim pairing. Pay was $2000 per month.

Welcome aboard guy's. Our USair folks are just now getting their "sheet or get off the pot letters", so there may be more hiring than originally thought.
